Highly organized and motivated with 7+ years of experience as HR & Account Executive. I also experience managing administrative teams and delegating tasks to accomplish operational goals. Knowledgeable about arranging authorizations, and preparing work orders. Methodical and highly organized with good prioritization and planning abilities.
· To prepare and maintain day-to-day book-keeping and accounting transactions.
· To handle all day-to-day Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, and General Ledger activities.
· To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent and company secretary.
· To prepare monthly bank reconciliation of bank statements.
· To perform the full spectrum of HR activities, including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits,
and training.
· To handle full payroll processing and staff expenses claim and maintain staff confidential information.
· To handle statutory payment, registration, application and claims submission pertaining to EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, and EIS.
· Track and monitor employee attendance and absenteeism.
· Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
· Prepare HR related letter.
· Supervise Admin related tasks.
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required by management.
· Checking forwarders invoices.
· Assist in managing accounts payable(AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
· Assist in payment process to suppliers and vendors.
· Performs data entry and filing financial records.
