Summary

My goal is to improve both personally and professionally by developing the right skills, work ethic, positive attitude, and gaining greater knowledge so that I can contribute effectively to the organization.

I have fifteen years of experience in the education industry, during which I have gained expertise in liaising with and supporting relevant government, corporate, and private bodies on special projects. I have also prepared tender documents for various projects under the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Additionally, I am well-versed in the Code of Practice for Programme Accreditation (COPPA), which serves as the main reference for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency's (MQA) accreditation processes, including Provisional Accreditation (PA), Full Accreditation (FA), and Compliance Evaluation (CE) of academic programmes. I also have a strong understanding of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. Furthermore, I possess extensive experience in public relations, maintaining positive relationships with government bodies, corporate entities, private organizations, students, faculty, and other stakeholders.

Administration (Year 2009-2022)

  • Responsible to perform secretarial roles to Group CEO and Principal.
  • Liaise and support with relevant government, corporate, and private bodies on special projects.
  • To keep all schedules in order, follow up and ensure all meetings and appointments are held in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for compiling, verifying reports, statements, and other confidential documents.
  • To maintain a good and clean filing system, always ensure the effective and accessible storage of documents.
  • Assisting in academic documentation assessment.
  • Assisting on training (skills) documentation/proposal on special fund or project.

Regulatory (Year 2023-2024)

  • Maintaining the records for program approval and expiry.
  • To work closely with other members in preparing and submitting documentation, such as application of new programs, program accreditation, program renewal, program amendment, and program review, to the MOE/MQA/professional bodies.
  • To ensure all the requirements specified by MOE/MQA/professional bodies in the approval and accreditation letter have been complied
  • Coordinate with the department for the preparation of MQA, MOE, and professional bodies audit visits.
  • Contact the faculty member to gather all the required information pertaining to the programs.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, such as MOE, MQA, and professional bodies.

Registry (Year 2024 - present)

  • Process incoming applications for internal and external programs by assessing qualifications to ensure students meet the minimum entry qualification, and the completeness and authenticity of the documents.
  • Liaise with Partner University on pre-assessment matters for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Process scholarship applications received from marketing.
  • Issuance of offer letter and disseminating the offer letter, acceptance of offer, and T&C for internal and external programs (both local and international students).
  • In charge of uploading students' application documents into the partner University online application portal for undergraduate/postgraduate programs.
  • Generate student ID card upon student activations.
  • Create and maintain digital student files upon completion of application documents.
  • Issuance of confirmation letter for all students upon request.
  • Issuance of termination letter to the students.
  • To verify English results, e.g., MUET, IELTS, TOEFL, LINGUASKILL, through the online verification portal.
  • Preparing documents and issuing letters for PTPTN waiver students.
  • Assist in preparation for graduation matters and update Tracer Study for graduated students.
  • Process documentation of transfer in and out applications to other SEGi campuses.
  • To comply and carry out any other ad hoc activity or duty assigned by the HOD/Supervisor, which is found to be in line with the organization's objective and goal, and ensure compliance with ISO procedures and organization policies.
