  • To prepare and draft a bill for local or overseas client(s) together with the cover letter.

  • To prepare a monthly status report or any other management reports as required.
  • To perform general administration tasks for the preliminary stages of the cases or files, such as binding documents, printing out emails, winding up searches, bankruptcy searches, SSM searches, ctos searches, EFS receipts, DHL courier tracking, and invoices for records purposes, general filing of the department, and submitting to the account department for audit report records.
  • To prepare and keep track of lawyers and partners claims and prepare a monthly report to submit to the account department for payroll.
  • Update e-library and physical library records, i.e., book records and tracking.
  • To undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior, partner, or associate.
  • Scheduled appointments and conducted follow-up calls for Lawyers and Partners.
