• Analyzed all requirements in FSD to ensure comprehensive understanding.

• Executed manual testing in UAT and SIT environments to validate functionality.
• Tracked and managed defects using JIRA tools for efficient resolution.

Client: United Overseas Bank

• Involving with System integration testing and retest UAT jira in Cash Management System project.
• Raise, manage and report all defects or change request and perform tracking throughout the defect process until closure using JIRA defect tool.
• Create test design based on the business functionality defined in the requirements and proactively communicate and collaborate with business analyst and developer to analyze business requirements and functional requirements.
• Manage defect call on behalf if the person in charge on leave.

• Conducted system integration testing for Anti Money Laundering System.
• Tested client-reported issues related to AML System functionality.
• Managed patch versions of AML System provided by developers.

Client: United Overseas Bank

• Involving with System integration testing in Cash Management System project.

• Create test scenario and cases based upon the business functionality defined in the requirements and proactively communicate and collaborate with product management and developer to analyze business requirements and functional requirements.

Client: Prudential Malaysia

• Involve in project Enhancement for the current operating system, workflow.
• Understand the business requirements for each module before perform all test activities comprising system integration, regression and UAT including test case creation, test execution, capturing and analyzing test results.
• Raising all test defects using JIRA and IBM Lotus defect tool.
• Involving with basic Database Concept & Knowledge which is SQL queries.

• Involved in integration testing, UAT Testing.
• Assists in technical briefing for users of the new system.
• Assist in operational work for Bursa LINK Project using the new system.
• Raising all test defects using BUGZILLA.
