• Drive Operator upskiling Program to improve Operator technical knowledge and minimize dependencies to technician for minor troubleshooting.
• Lead Factory GIT team to participate in National Productivitiy Conference and emerged as runner up across all technology companies in Malaysia.

• Oversees daily operations, staff, and customer service during a specific shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, managing inventory, resolving customer complaints, supervising, motivating, and directing staff to ensure efficient service. Collaborate with across functional groups to achieve factory goal.

• Lead Kulim campus factories as ERT coordinator and emerged as best site coordinator for 2 consecutive years.
• Lead Factory Cost MRC to drive cross department cost reduction opportunity towards corporate cost target.
• Co-Lead Malaysia Site Risk and Control Management MRC to improve business process. Participated as Internal Auditor to drive Control and Risk Management compliance across ATM factories.
