-Operated Automation Machine (FAStr).

-Responsible to brief and trigger my team any issue escalated from leader/ supervisor.
-Responsible write down the downtime machine and escalated any issue at line to leader/ supervisor.
-Collaborated with process and equipment technician for any issue of machine error.
- Person In charge for my machine area ( Island 3).

• Performs any additional tasks including leading other training programs such as new employee orientation, safety, quality and continuous improvement as assigned by the supervisor or the Unit Leader. -Assists Unit Leader and Supervisor with selection of new team members. -Prepares reports for department supervisors as required. -Participates and contributes to projects to meet department goals and objectives -The incumbent is required to continuously develop their training skills and abilities through training, self-paced development activities, and other programs. -Trains Associates on a variety of manufacturing processes at workstations and in the classroom, including, but not limited to documentation handling. -Train and certify/re-certify/ de-certified all Operator following their process department. -Coordinate and manage the new employee training program, including all details on core job tasks to be trained on, schedule, coordination of materials and paperwork for practice process, and documentation of learning as needed within the electronic learning management system (Online Test Paper). -Responsible to line walk/audit at production line, if found violation in job scope, trainer is responsible to brief operator.

• Responsible for managing, planning and arranging headcount to run production line and achieve output target, monitor output and quality etc.

• Follow up scrap part and pcb to raise EMDR, RTV, Re-tapping, PRF and Issue part to smooth the line.
