- Support Vehicle Program Executive (VPE) who owns project and accountability for P&L and deliverables according to the customer's requirement.
- Co-plan overall project activities with Program Manager to meet project objectives, milestones and deliverables governed by New Product Development System (NPDS) processes.
- Plan and coordinate weekly/ monthly project meetings, monitor Prototype Shop, execution of manufacturing set up planning & preparation of new model project are on target schedule for line trial and mass production.
- Plan, coordinate and liaise with Production Planning & Control (PPC) on Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) data readiness and Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) data preparation based on agreeable cut-off date in order to meet the date line for trial and mass production.
- Coordinate, expedite and monitor with Group Quality Management on Part Supply Warrant (PSW) for all components and vendors involve in the project.
- Plan and liaise with Quality Planning to achieve the quality standard.
- Develop and manage overall project budget with stakeholders and Finance team Manage throughout the project completion. Monthly analysis of project budget expenditure to ensure is within spending.
- Support Finance team for business case preparation and cost benefit analysis.
- Manage schedule revision upon changes of customer's requirement and cascade down to the project stakeholders.
- Support Program Manager on project progress status to Senior Managements.
- Achievements of completed projects: Exora FaceLift (FL) in 2011, Exora Export for Australia and UK in 2013, Exora MC2 in 2014, New Saga in 2016, Exora Refinement (MC3) in 2017 and X50 in 2020.
