Job scope

• Operating Amixon 3000, Amixon 6000 and Verico powder blender and operating easyfill HMI panels for packing finished product -
• Manual washing and CIP cleaning, fixing and minor troubleshooting on Amixon and Verico blenders -
• Performing Allergen test and PH test after clean -
• Ordering Raw Material from warehouse using SRMS/SAP based on schedule plan -
• Powder and liquid compounding using frikedosing auto dosing/dispense system according to MI -
• Preparing loose weight and bulk raw material for batching up for production -
• Charging raw material (powder and liquid) into blender based on MI -
• HACCP metal detector/metal catcher setup and test -
• Salt test, Cone test, Scratch test, specific gravity, and PH test on finished product -
• Discharging finish product for packaging using easyfill and frickedosing -
• Operating homogenizer for emulsion. -
• Operating power stacker -
• TPM and Halal committee members -
• Performing cross department internal halal and safety audit -

Reason For Leaving: Company Retrenchment

Job Scope

• Perform after PM Setup to make sure machine running in good condition and qualified to running production -
• PEDRM Etcher, PPODT Deep Trench, PPOLY (After PM Full Setup/ Daily, Alternate and Every Four Days Setup)
• Create/Modify INSPEX TPC 850 & INSPEX TPC 9000 Jobfile

• Troubleshooting Lambda Power Supply -
• Teradyne A360 and A312 Test system -
• Setup EAGLE ETS-500 Test System -
• Monthly maintenance on ETS-500 Mainframe -
• Update breakdown worksheet -
• Update production report -
