• Develop and implement processes for the sales and marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking sales projects, while also providing administrative support.
• Compile and ensure that all sales personnel submit their weekly reports on time, allowing top management to monitor each person's progress toward achieving their sales targets.
• Support the sales and marketing team by updating the necessary sales documentation, particularly the RFQs provided to customers, ensuring they are submitted on time to achieve targets and secure awards
• Participating in production meetings both in the morning and afternoon, planning to ensure that all production activities are timely while effectively managing risks to prevent any failures.
• Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings for new products, ensuring that all processes are followed, and samples are shipped on time.
• Coordinators facilitate communication between sales teams, other departments, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.

• Team Leader of Sample Development Team (Local & overseas Supplier)
• Handled Shipment & identified alternate freight for vessel delivery ensuring consumable needs were met on time while lowering the cost.
• Follow up on all outstanding and discrepancy and to provide latest delivery status to Buyer.
• Communicated effectively with supplier on scheduling and delivery progress (Handling every 3 month Virtual Meeting with overseas supplier)
• Ensure process executed according to work process and SOP
• Support Superior by dealing with Vendors for move early order to meet request and to fulfil Production requirement
• Provide solutions for issues encountered by reviewing process or flow and share with Superior to implement in order to eliminate or minimize recurrence
• Compile and submit report on monthly basis for Suppliers performance (Monthly report for presentation to Superior)
• Work closely with fellow colleagues to meet KPI (trained new team member/co-worker)
• All other duties as required or instructed by immediate Superior and Manager
• Follow up with Supplier on the shipment arrangement and shipping documents; update in a timely manner so that information is available for relevant departments.
• Any other work assign by Superior

• Responsible in handling internal and external warehouse

• Ensure incoming, outgoing report updated for effectively operation.

• Carry out warehouse activity

• Schedule job accordingly from work order / Production Schedule.

• Ensure all work done according to the requirement as defined in the work order and S.O.P.

• Assign duties to Subordinates.

• Arrange and re-arrange daily schedule for shipping

• Monthly report for Department of Environment (DOE)
