Hiking in the Himalayas is an experience I will never forget and I would highly recommend it to anyone. A journey helps you shift your perspective and makes you realize there are so many little things in your day-to-day life to be grateful for. And finding this gratitude really does make you a happier person. The environment was beautiful from the beginning but at the top, the panorama was breathtaking – even more so than the altitude.


I had to live far away from my house and did everything on my own. So I came to realize that culinary skills play an important role in our life. This is because it makes us more independent and resourceful. We can also choose fresh ingredients of our choice, such as adding more fruits and vegetables, and adjust spices to meet our tastes. Cook like a chef, plating like in five star hotels, it giving a therapy to myself.
