School Lead, Fellowship Programme 2022

• Worked closely with the training, development and coaching team to produce impactful practical experience for 28 Fellows.
• Successfully designed and developed practical experience curriculum for six weeks duration for 23 Fellows of Teach For Malaysia.
• Collaborated with headmasters, principals and ministry of education officers, two enroll and onboard 38 in-system teachers as teaching partners for the Fellows which has impacted 418 students.
• Collaborated with the operation team, to smoothly run the practical experience and capture meaningful learnings.
• Successfully launched the remedial plan due to the challenge during the rise of the Covid-19 cases among the Fellows, by transforming the practical experience to a hybrid arrangement, and indoor practical experience.

• Implemented creative instructional techniques to address the unique challenges faced by students with learning differences due to their learning losses.
• Conducted regular evaluations of curriculum materials, making recommendations for updates or revisions as needed to maintain relevance.
• Provided one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailoring instruction to meet the specific needs of each student while promoting learner-centered learning skills.
• Collaborated with managee among the volunteer tutors to develop effective strategies for addressing diverse student needs and abilities.
• Engaged with school administrative and teachers to identify students that in needs of learning loss interventions, hence to assist them for academic progress.
• Onboarded and trained volunteer tutors, to assist readiness and confidence before starting their tutoring work.

When I joined FWS Deions, it was a start up emerging from a traditional small family business with the aim to advance in business to business market, as one of the biggest supplier of deionised water and acid for vehicle battery manufacturers.

Working at the Centre for Engineering Education, one of the centre of excellence at University of Technology Malaysia, I experienced working global network of educators and professional researchers in education. This centre is also a central Asian hub for engineering educators in scholarly education research and publications.

I escalated from a graduate assistant position in the previous years in which I have gained the following experiences:
