- Develop, oversee, and evaluate HSE strategies and performance to ensure alignment with Project HSE leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, responsible for tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and providing monthly reports on contractor project HSE performance to the Project Management Team (PMT).
- Provide technical support in developing and reviewing project HSE documentation, including Contract Exhibit IX: HSE Requirement, Fabricator Specific Procedure (FSP), Project Specific Procedure (PSP), and other related project HSE procedures.

- Providing technical support for Project Management team moving towards digital technologies in HSE-managed projects and business, such as refinement of Artificial intelligence of Incidences Risk Analysis (AIIRA) Prediction and Prescription modeling and Machine Learning (ML) framework, automated prediction tooling/features for selected incidences, and data QC and ML model refinement.
- Providing technical support and intensified SD Awareness Training to the project (including Contractor and Non-project Personnel) such as trainer for CSR HSE Compact training, trainer for PTW Level 1 Awareness training, trainer and facilitator for enhancement AIIRA training.
