NOR ARFAH MOHD ALIB

I graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons) in 2007, Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice in 2010 as well as Master of Law in 2024. I was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008 after completing pupillage in an established legal firm, RamRais & Partners and pursue my legal practice in the Conveyancing and Litigation Department of the said firm, as a Legal Assistant. I was then offered to be a Partner of Azwar & Partners in 2013 and Head of Conveyancing Department of the firm.

In 2018, I decided to expand my experience by collaborating with Ms. Aidil Ratna Edorra and Ms. Sarita Ashok Khandhar and setting up our own legal firm, Edorra Arfah Khandhar.

Throughout my 16 years of legal practice, I have attended to and advised in Conveyancing matters involving numerous types of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Transfer of Property, Tenancy Agreements, Housing Loan transactions for numerous financiers, purchase of property through Auction, Probate and Administration, Small Estates Distribution, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Discharge of Charge/Receipt and Reassignment for both local and foreign individuals and companies.
