• In charge of varieties of product portfolios i.e diabetics, cardiovascular, and men’s health
• Promote the range of product to the specialists, physicians, family medicine specialist and GPs based on marketing materials
• Analyze and follow up on the sales lead and work to meet up with monthly sales target
• Covers most of key hospitals such as: Hospital Putrajaya, Hospital Serdang, HUKM, CAH group pf hospitals (SJMC, ADMC, Columbia Asia Puchong, Columbia Asia Cheras), Sunway Medical Centre
• Other hospitals such as Pusat Kesihatan UPM, Hospital Kajang, KPJ Kajang, Puchong, Bangi
• Has experienced covering hospitals in Kota Bharu, Kelantan including HUSM for 2 years
• Setting the ground work for the launch of the new product, Example: Once weekly GLP-1RA Trulicity (Dulaglutide)
• Responsible on the listing of the new products in government and institution as well as private sectors
• Managed to list into all accounts in all sectors except government (due to blue book policy) within 1 year
• Government sectors: managed to get access through sampling program, access to KPK for pensioners
• Conduct product presentation in target hospitals

• Assist the Manager, Diabetes Care Service in maintaining a high standard of diabetes care practice by performing audit and preparing monthly report on Diabetes Education Census, Diabetes Ward Audit, Standard Diabetes Education Audit, Diabetes Training, and other related matters
• Responsible to provide Diabetic Counseling / Education to diabetic patient in all the units
• Gestational diabetic patient
• Coordinating public program pertaining to diabetes
• To hold diabetic counseling sessions in the outpatient clinic for outpatient referrals from the Medical Staff
• Provide clinical supervision / teaching to nursing students and nursing staff, both in the ward setting as well as in the classroom
• To be a point of contact for doctors, patients and nurses pertaining to diabetic patient care management
• Liaise with the Manager, Diabetes Care Services on designing and sourcing for Diabetes educational materials to meet the needs of patient and nursing staffs
• Coordinate and recruit participants and conduct Diabetes Conversation Map Program
• Collaborates with and serves as a resource for other healthcare Professionals to promote delivery of quality services and diabetes education within the hospital as well as community
• Demonstrates and supervise the patients, care givers and management on insulin administration and self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG)
• Liaise with doctors pertaining to diabetes treatment and management
• Discuss and set individualized interventions for behavioural/ modification
• Set date for outpatient follow up visit either through face to face, digital Media or telecommunication
• Evaluate patient’s competency on diabetes management knowledge and skills and provide feedback to the referral doctors
• To be familiar with all types of glucometer, insulin injection using syringe and pens, insulin pump and Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS), Forteo injection and able to handle it

• The main front liner who renders nursing care to patients within Sime Darby Medical Centre
• Responsible for providing nursing leadership and is accountable for the coordination of clinical activities for the unit
• Makes professional judgment and decisions about nursing care
• Carries out specialists order in accordance to established standards, policies, and procedures
• Chart and documents all accurately
• Ability to identify safety hazards and immediately initiate corrective actions

• Performs various skilled nursing care activities
• Prepares operating theatre, materials and equipment for surgery and renders professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of the Medical planned care, as directed by the Nurse Manager and designee
• Makes professional judgment and decisions about nursing care in accordance to established standards of nursing practice, policies and procedures
