Supporting Intel’s global transportation operations by managing shipment execution, logistics optimization, stakeholder communication and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions

• Manage end-to-end transportation operations for Intel business covering Finished Goods (FG), Non-Finished Goods (NFG), Capital Equipment, Wafer Die and Prospal shipments.
• Oversee approximately 30 daily shipment activities across Costa Rica, Chengdu, Malaysia, Vietnam and India, ensuring shipment visibility and operational continuity.
• Coordinate international Air Freight and Ocean Freight movements with carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams to achieve delivery commitments.
• Act as key operational contact between Intel stakeholders, logistics partners and internal teams by providing shipment updates, risk visibility and escalation support.
• Manage shipment exceptions and operational disruptions through issue analysis, recovery coordination and timely resolution.
• Handle urgent and last-minute shipment requirements while balancing customer priorities, operational constraints and SOP compliance.
• Support critical transportation activities including Capital Equipment movements, charter shipments and special logistics requirements.
• Perform transportation cost assessment and ship mode analysis for Capital transfer tools by evaluating cost, lead time and operational requirements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend suitable transportation solutions to support Intel business requirements.
• Support Capital transfer tool movements by balancing cost efficiency, shipment urgency and delivery commitments.
• Prepare daily operational reports, shipment health updates and SITREP reports for management and stakeholder visibility.
• Utilize Power BI and Microsoft Excel for shipment monitoring, performance reporting and operational analysis.
• Participate in daily operational meetings with management and stakeholders to review shipment status, risks and recovery plans.
• Support Intel Quarter-End activities by ensuring shipment readiness and execution of high-priority shipments.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation for Finished Goods (FG) and Non-Finished Goods (NFG) operations.
  - Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve operational performance.
  -Manage Intel customer queries and escalations across Malaysia, China, Costa Rica, Vietnam and India.
  - Collaborate with global teams, carriers and logistics partners to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinated transport schedules to optimize delivery routes and reduce turnaround times.

Human Resource (2nd May- 3rd Aug 2018)

Functioned as human resource officer, handling employee relations and recruitment processes.

• Coordinated company events and CSR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and community involvement.

Supply Chain Management (6th Aug- 7th Nov 2018)

Material Control and Indirect Material Buyer

• Coordinates the movement of material to the necessary manufacturing areas to support production
• Plan delivery routes
• Arrange with drivers for delivery and pick up
• Follow up with courier partner on shipment updates, track delivery
• Submit proof of delivery to clients
• Resolved shipment and delivery issues by communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Pull the Machine drop out report weekly and prepare attrition report weekly
• Ordering the indirect material as requested by production

Part Quality Assurance (8th Nov 2018-7th Feb 2019)

Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

• Ensure the inspection for the part is done in proper ways.
• Ensure the new incoming parts come with drawing for inspection
• Prepare the ISO-9000 for Audit purpose
• Feedback supplier on the defective materials received
• Facilitated communication with suppliers and customers regarding defect part replacements to ensure timely resolution.

Production (8th Feb 2019-2nd May 2019)

Production Supervisor

• Monitoring production daily output
• Handling operators
• Arrange the operators shift and OT daily
• Monitor the work order and arrange for the shipment
• Managed production challenges by troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with the production team.
• Assisting the director of the production work and act as his assistant

• Managed unsecured accounts in Debt Manager Collection System, preventing flow of accounts to 30 days past due and achieving targeted delinquencies
• Called on 1 to 29 days delinquent and over limit unsecured accounts, following up with borrowers to secure timely payments
• Monitored daily productivity standards for call attempts and collections in the Debt Manager Collection System.
• Handled requests from delinquent customers for interest waivers, addressing queries and complaints effectively
• Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies
• Managed delinquent accounts through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
• Developed tailored payment plans to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
