  • Serve as the PAC CCI (Contractor Compliance Index) focal point for SCM, promoting compliance within the SCM organization to achieve optimal results. Engage in discussions with PETRONAS counterparts to ensure alignment and accurate resolution of disputes.
  • Act as the focal point for the CRA (Cost Recovery Appeals) process, coordinating with the CRA Secretariat to ensure timely and accurate submissions and resolutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining travel policies, corporate expense and procurement card policies, ensuring alignment with global and local requirements. Serve as the corporate card administrator, conducting periodic reviews of expense activities and providing guidance to ensure full compliance with travel, expense, and procurement card policies across the company.
