Support Account Manager’s role as liaison to facilitate, coach & guide the resolution of business issues for all HR functions. Support Account Manager’s role as the focal for crisis management andprovide inputs/develop mitigation plan in accordance with Business Continuity Plan (BCP), approved procedures and guidelines and direction from PETRONAS/GHRM crisis management teamto ensure fast response time and minimize impact of crisis.

Focal point for internal and external audit exercise including consolidate and monitor audit reports, and LOA for HR Services. Lead collaboration with respective units in HR Services to conduct and perform integrated assurance exercises on HR governing documents’ implementation.
· Risk Management - Coordinate and conduct data gathering for risk profiling, identify gaps and develop risk intervention plans to ensure identified risks are effectively managed. Conduct portfolio risk assessment arising from new/change of GHRM business strategies by gathering data from relevant stakeholders. Evaluate the risk impact based on approved risk framework, methodologies and tools for guided recommendation or decision making for GHRS Management.

Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities for all employee groups to acquire non-niche / non-scarce talents to support current and future talent needs including sourcing & screening, developing competitive remuneration package, providing the back-end system support and issuance of job offer to secure the right talents within the agreed timeline.
· Sourcing Strategy - Execute the sourcing strategies and plans based on approved Requisition Orders received from the business. Optimize the approved sourcing channels (i.e.PETRONAS Career Portal, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Monster, newspaper), plan & develop job posting (i.e.PETRONAS Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) and recruitment drive to attract competent talents and build talent pipelines to cater for current and future talent needs.
