Role Purpose: A Credit Card Embossing Officer is responsible for managing and operating the card embossing machine, personalizing bank cards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the card issuing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process card applications and data entry into the Card Management System.
• Manage and operate the embossing machine to personalize bank cards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, and regulations.
• Manage card inventory and perform regular stock-taking.
• Provide necessary reporting for card issuing and related functions.
