Additional Job:

- Looking for contractors/suppliers and obtaining quotations, especially for security purposes, e.g., safety cones, signage, speed hump.

- Monitoring the contractors appointed under the Management Office, including updating the work progress status and informing the Management Office/BM. etc: Gas leaking project

- Managing the PA system in the MPH when an event is taking place. Also responsible for setting up and configuring the PA system include video recording for events, e.g., Glades AGM, Townhall. Finding suppliers for food, projectors, tables/chairs and conducting food testing.

- Acting as a coordinator and ensuring the smooth running of major events such as The Glades Hari Raya Open House.

- Supporting the Management Office in the absence of the BM/ABM by answering calls and handling complaints from residents, as well as assisting the Admin during break times or when the Admin is not in the office/break time

- Handling complaints that require further investigation, including reviewing CCTV footage until the investigation is complete.

- Going to the police station in cases involving crimes or property damage. Etc: Police Report

- Attaching RFID to the owner's vehicle.

- Assisting the Tech team in setting up decorations for events such as Hari Raya and Chinese New Year (CNY).

- Uploading any information or messages that need to be conveyed to residents onto the LED panel.

- Submitting the AGM MOM to MBSJ and obtaining verification.

- Maintaining good contact and relations with the PDRM, for

- Working night shifts as backup in case an S3 takes emergency leave (EL) or medical leave (MC).

- Conducting surprise night patrols by entering The Glades using a vehicle without the on-duty personnel's knowledge.

- Coming to the site after working hours in case of serious incidents, such as an fire

- Supporting the tech team/CCTV vendors in case of a power trip affecting the CCTV by checking the feeder pillar to determine if there is a power trip.
