Finance & Accounting Management:

• Oversee full spectrum of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax).
• Manage monthly/year-end closing, audits, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
• Handle payroll-related taxes (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and statutory filings.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and cost control to improve profitability.
• Implement ERP/accounting software (Autocount) for financial efficiency.

Human Resource Management:

• Lead end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations under Malaysia Labor Law (Employment Act 1955).
• Administer payroll processing while ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB deductions.
• Develop and enforce HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct) aligned with Malaysian labor regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, training (HRDF-claimable programs), and talent retention strategies.
• Handle disciplinary actions, termination procedures, and industrial relations matters in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

• Partner with senior management in business planning, financial strategy, and workforce optimization.
• Ensure smooth merger of finance & HR operations for organizational efficiency.
