I was promoted to HR Manager supporting Operations for 3 premium brands-Svenson Hair Care Center Sdn Bhd and Bells Skin Care in addition to Marie France Bodyline Sdn Bhd.
Payroll
- Overseeing the payroll process for 300+ staff (Marie France Bodyline, Bella Skin Care, Svenson Hair, Aesthetic by Marie France and Clinic MF)
HR Operations Support
-To work closely with operations team and actively involved in daily operations HR issue
-Travelling to center when there is a HR issue or as and when necessary
Employee Relation
-Conduct domestic inquiry and/or appropriate action for any in-disciplinary action
-To ensure that all labour cases are properly handled and disposed off in the interest of the companies.
Compensation & Benefits
-Conduct salary & benefits survey and participate on external survey for market comparisons
-Responsible for conducting, compiling and tabulating training needs analysis.
-Working closely with Operations team to develop annual master training plan, training requirements and training provider to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
-Conduct performance appraisal and development programme.
-Review the Job grading, salary and benefits for the Group and subsidiaries
-Ensure staff salary and increment and bonus is release timely.

-Recruitment/Selection of suitable candidate base on job requirement which include recruitment plan
-Workforce planning & budget in line with business strategic plan and company expansion plan
-Develop and implement employee retention scheme subject to management's approval.

-Conduct Exit Interview to identify reason for leaving and obtain suggestions for improvement.
