Nik Mohamed Ikhwan Bin Nik Mahamud

An Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya who has been in active practice for the past 19 years. Had worked with established names in the legal profession, Messrs Karpal Singh & Co and Messrs Chooi & Co, before venturing into Partnership with few other lawyers in Messrs Zaidi Othman & Co and later set up own legal practice, Messrs Nik Ikhwan & Co since 2011 until now.

As a Litigation lawyer, have argued appeals before the Federal Court and Court of Appeal as well as handling matters at the High Courts and Subordinate Courts. Have handled Criminal cases which relate to capital punishments, commercial crimes which involves breach of trust as well as other white collar matters, drugs law, firearms, road traffic offences and Civil matters which relate to all sorts of tortious acts, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contracts and claims for wrongful losses. Have also provided advisory works in Corporate and Commercial matters for clients such as companies and business entities relating to commercial practice, corporate agreements drafting, due diligence, incorporation and legal compliance to regulatory reforms.
