Background:
The Maybank myimpact credit card is the first in the market that allows card members to consciously make
tangible, positive impact through responsible and ESG‑friendly spending. It is also the first card in Malaysia
that incorporates a built‑in Carbon Footprint tracker and the ability to offset their carbon footprints. The
myimpact Visa Signature Credit Card meanwhile is the first conventional credit card in the country that
offers no‑compounding interests, providing transparency and simplicity for our customers.

2) Maybank Virtual Treatsfair 2021
Background: First Maybank Virtual Treatsfair (Marketplace)
Role: Product development designer, Business Analyst for systems integration and end to end lead tester.
Impact to Financial and Strategy:
We transformed our annual Treats Fair to a virtual experience last year so that our cardmembers could
continue to enjoy the perks of their Maybank TreatsPoints and Membership RewardsTM Points at the fair,
despite the pandemic. The response was very positive and this has inspired us to make this yearʼs fair even
more extensive with better deals, and greater variety of goods and brands. We are looking forward to
welcoming more than 200,000 visitors to the fair, and expect sales to double from last year, with over 1.5
billion points to be redeemed

3) First Samsung Pay mobile wallet in Malaysia.

4) MaybankPay Mobile Wallet ‑ First mobile wallet in Malaysia.
Background: MaybankPay will enable customers to make cashless payments via smartphones and other
handheld devices, which will then be charged to their Visa cards, without having to use the physical debit
or credit card. It was launched by Maybank Group President & CEO, Datuk Abdul Farid Alias in conjunction
with the Maybank Treats Fair 2016 in Kuala Lumpur.
