Carry out the prescribed requisitions and inventory procedures as per the OMA’s Procedures and Guidelines Manual.
• Prepare repair orders on equipment sent to shore for repair.
• Prepare manifest on loading work boats and helicopters; and receives parts, supplies and equipment.
• Ensure Materials department personnel are trained in chemical handling and ensure correct PPE used including access and use of MSDS resources.
• Prepare material transfers on items to be charged to the Operator.
• Keep the OIM informed on parts, supply shortages and status of backorders
• Maintain orderly storage of parts and supplies
• Prepare monthly financial reports relating to Inventory Control.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of the rig’s tubular goods held aboard, onshore and under repair.
• Operate the Forklift if required
• Carry out Inventory Cycle Counts
• Liaise closely with the onshore Buyer.
• Supervise and train store keepers.

• Received product shipments and organized in Warehouse storage area.
• Improved inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining updated records.
• Kept sales receipts and maintained accounting records.
• Optimized warehouse space usage by implementing innovative storage methods and reorganizing items as necessary.
