• To qualify for the monthly KPI incentive of RM100, an accuracy rate of 92% to 95% must be achieved based on the task queue given by the Team Leader.
• Any bad cases identified during the week, must be appealed within one day and submitted to the respective (QA) team.
• Each queue is assigned its own specific (AHT) target, which reflects the expected time required to process tasks within that particular queue.
