Reason To Leave : After fighting 10 years in my insurance's journey, i felt tired since the insurance commission is only for first 6 years, i need to keep fighting every year to achieve my target, and servicing is whole life. I realized this is not what I want, i decided to hand over all my clients to another good reputation agent (included all the commission), so that he can take care all my clients on behalf of me.

My mom can't accept I back home early the morning everyday (About 6am++). Beside that, I also worry it will effect my health due to working overnight everyday.

Once I leave Hard Rock Café, I joined Pandora in Melaka outlet. In this 2 years, I been to Kuantan and JB outlet for cover manpower. And lastly I transfer to Genting Sky Avenue as opening team.

Reason To Leave:

Personal reason, need some times to settle in Melaka. Once settle, planning to change a new working environment and take new challenge.

I joint Chow Tai Fook as a Sales Executive in Pavillion KL outlet. Slowly they wanted to expend Malaysia market (Origin From Hong Kong), Since i have the experience with training and setting up new outlet, they give a me an opportunity to explorer myself by opening new outlets in Malaysia such as Aeon Tebrau Johor Bahru & Genting Sky Avenue Pahang. (Exchange Outlet Every Month, Since they dint hired any Manager in Malaysia, using their own Hong Kong Manager).

They plan to open another new outlet at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka in July 2020. In February 2020, I decided to resign and back Melaka for settle my new house renovation and my animal breeding space (Reptile). In March 2020, government announced MCO due to Covid 19. After MCO ended, Management from Hong Kong Chow Tai Fook ask me back to my position, but I decided stay in Melaka since I already setup my animal breeding space.

No Basic, Only 5% Commission.

I joint BP Group after MCO time. Since I really need a job, I don't mind there have no basic but getting higher commission base (Market Commission 2%). They using Facebook advertisement and bring customer in. My job scroll is to reply message in FB / Watapps and made appointment with them for take house measurement.

We cover Melaka, Johor, Seremban / Kuala Lumpur & Kuantan.

Get a better opportunity since there have no basic and commission come in too slow (Will only get commission once owner done full payment).

After married, i decided to stay in Melaka, no more travel to other state. After joint BP Group (Gate Company), i find out renovation industry have very huge market. So I joint Everskill Design and learn from 0. After master the interior design skill, i started to get jobs from outside to start my own small renovation business.

Reason To Leave :

As a interior designer, i must go to site to communicate with workers and also clients. i used to injured twice at site. and site always have alot dust, and it trigger and make me suffering from asthma attack.
