Scope: Spare Parts Management & Standardization (Spare Parts)

• Managed and tracked spare part records (400+ SPIR docs), including 2-Year Operational Spares, Commissioning & Startup, Capital Spares in accordance with ENI Spare Parts Management Procedure ensuring availability of spare parts especially for critical equipment and prevent from overstocking.
• Standardized vendor submissions by applying ENI’s Overall Vendor Specification for Spare Parts, enhancing data quality and consistency across multiple packages.
• Monitored and reported weekly progress on SPIR reviews, addressing missing or incorrect information, managing scope changes, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Applied equipment criticality (ECA/OCE) and MTTF data in recommending essential spare parts, utilizing Poisson distribution to optimize stock levels and reduce downtime.
• Referred to Maintenance & Inspection Plan (MIP) and interpreted Standard Job Plans (SJP) to recommend appropriate spare parts for Preventive Maintenance (PM).

Scope: CMMS BOM Development & Optimization (CMMS BOM)

• Developed and structured CMMS Bill of Materials (BOMs) based on ENI Maintenance Management Data Standard ensuring accurate codification and asset hierarchy.
• Applied Material Engineering Criteria to CMMS BOMs for proper classification and alignment with ENI’s material coding system.
• Utilized ADAM software and Excel for spare part data validation, review tracking, and optimization, reducing manual efforts and improving traceability.
• Maintained an integrated tracking system for ENI SPIR List, CMMS BOM, and SPIR Optimization to streamline updates and reduce errors.

Scope: Master Equipment List Support (MEL)

• Registered assets for the FLNG, including Gas Turbines, Lighting, and Fuel Oil Systems, by interpreting P&ID to define boundaries and classifying assets according to the asset hierarchy structure for both mechanical and electrical assets.

Scope: Maintenance Inspection Plans (MIP) & Manning

• Developed and implemented Maintenance Inspection Plans (MIP) in accordance with ENI standards, translating OEM guidelines and Standard Job Plans into detailed task lists for Functional Verification, Routine Maintenance, Minor, Intermediate, and Major Interventions.
• Assessed equipment function, redundancy, criticality (OCE/SECE classification), Level of Protection (LOP%), and potential failure impact on repair costs to determine suitable maintenance strategies (PPM or RTF) and intervention frequency.
• Estimated the required manpower and manhours for each intervention, ensuring accurate resource planning and scheduling based on equipment operating principles and failure modes.

• PROJECT: SHELL PLATFORM (F6VLAP, SKA CILI PADI, GUMUSUT, MALIKAI), PFLNG
• Managed end-to-end project delivery for manual ball valves, pumps, and repair kits, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with stakeholders across upstream, downstream, power plants, and refineries to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitored project progress, addressed risks early, and ensured equipment was delivered on time to meet client expectations.
• Conducted Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for actuated and manual ball valves in line with API 598 standards and client-approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Reviewed technical specifications, drawings, and documents for valves, PSVs, dampeners, and repair kits to ensure they met project requirements.
• Recommended coating systems for valves based on material, temperature, medium type, and valve design, in accordance with API 6D.
• Arranged international and domestic shipments (sea, air, land) from suppliers in Italy, UK, India, and Singapore to clients across Malaysia.
• Prepared and checked shipping documents (invoice, packing list, DO, K1/K3 forms) and performed quality checks on incoming goods before delivery.
• Worked closely with clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and resolve issues throughout the project and coordinated with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.

• PROJECT: BOM COMPLETION OF UTILITIES COMPLEX & RCM/RCFA STUDY OF UTILITIES CRITICAL ASSETS/BAD ACTOR
• Led the coordination of spare parts for the Utilities Complex, including critical systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and wastewater treatment equipment, ensuring timely availability and alignment with plant reliability needs.
• Managed the refurbishment process for pump mechanical seals by working with vendors and ensuring compliance with API 682 standards, helping minimize downtime and avoid disruptions to plant operations.
• Built and updated Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP by registering key assets and updating MRP settings (X0, XD, PD) and spare part quantities. Supported maintenance, operations, and procurement teams with accurate data to reduce lead times and prevent incorrect purchases.
• Utilized SAP transactions (ZZI, Functional Location, Maintenance Notification, Equipment, Material Master) to complete BOMs and analyze equipment performance trends (MTBF, RCFA, FMEA).
• Collaborated with OEMs, vendors, and the operations team to verify spare part data, complete BOMs, and support the Technology Process Optimization (TPO) team during equipment changes and new installations.
• Actively contributed to improving the site's lubrication program by assessing existing practices and storage conditions to enhance equipment reliability.
• Handled and restructured Management of Change (MOC) technical documents for the Utilities Complex, ensuring compliance with BPC’s internal document system.

• Gained hands-on exposure to combined cycle power plant operations (1500 MW) covering Gas Turbine (GT), Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), and Steam Turbine (ST) systems.
• Studied and analyzed Brayton and Rankine cycle applications in large-scale power generation, including open-cycle and combined-cycle configurations.
• Observed and supported mechanical maintenance activities, including heat exchanger plate inspection, suction strainer cleaning, pump alignment, bearing installation using induction heaters, and condenser tube cleaning systems.
• Assisted in condition monitoring activities, such as vibration analysis and temperature measurement of rotating equipment to assess equipment health and reliability.
• Developed strong understanding of auxiliary systems, including fuel gas systems, fuel oil systems, cooling water systems, air systems, and compressor bleed air systems.
• Familiarized with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S workplace practices in a high-risk industrial environment.
• Collaborated with engineers and technicians during daily plant activities, improving technical communication, observation skills, and engineering judgement.
