Responsible on maintaining the quality of production during fabrication activity both on site and workshop. Inspect and utilized visual inspection techniques as well as performing detailed measurements with hand-held tools and devices. Liaising with NDT team to perform non-destructive tests where appropriate. Generated and submitted detailed reports of inspection done for documentation purpose.

Project Involved - Oxyalkylates Tank

Conducted Magnetic Particle Inspection on turbine blades. Performing fluorescent technique to detect any crack on the blades during shutdown maintenance.

Act as the person who plans and manage work at site. Maintaining work flows as per planned and the progress according to schedules agreed with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Planned and execute work on site as per required by client.

· Work and manpower planning at site.

· Ensure all job is done according to scheduled plan without setting aside quality and safety regulations.

· Liaise with client on work progress and issues at site.

· Make decision on any site changes.

· Prepare As-Built-Drawing for any change made at site.

Responsible in inspection, documentation, and paperwork both on workshop and site. Inspection involving tank fabrication and erection such as material receiving including material dimensioning, marking, and cutting, fit-up, visual, peaking bending, plumbness, roundness, hydro-test, pneumatic test, oil-leak test until box up. All the report, paperwork and documentation for inspection involved is prepared by own.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare Inspection Test Plan.

· Responsible for inspection at site and workshop.

· Prepare inspection reports for client approval.

· Entertain client and inspectors on site inspection and line checking.

2. USS UG Steam Pipe

Assist engineering manager on preparing documents for early project. Went for site visit and prepare documents and information before presenting to the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Engineer at workshop.

· Prepare Material-Take-Off (MTO) and Bill-of-Quantity (BQ) for project bidding.

· Prepare shop drawing and fabrication drawing.

· Attend Kick-off-Meeting (KOM) with client.

· Update fabrication progress at workshop to client.
