Accomplishments

Retail POS labelles Project (2021) (With DHL)

This project is part of solution to allow pick-up shipment without a multiple or printed waybill being available and to enhance and elevate the customer experience. The objective of this project follow the current tends which shipment process can be done digitally from beginning to an end.

Responsibility:

  • Working closely with different stakeholder from Project Manager, Business user and development team to deliver and ensure the project requirement are met.
  • Performing technical testing extensively and collaborate with development team to come out a better solution for testing defect found during testing.
  • Verifying the release note for production release which include migration steps, rollback process, DB and application configuration patches/updates and other configuration needed during production release day.
  • Production migration involvement for all module - Main, Reseller and Admin. Post-production and hypercare support after the production release.
  • Provide the knowledge transfer to team member on the new functionality offer in the Retail-POS system and support required during hypercare duration.

BRFX handling process (2019) (With Maybank)

This is one of the initiative to enhance the current BRFX file process for better process and handling. The objective is resolve the failure when processing the file and remove all the manual recovery. In general, BRFX file contain thousand of FX trade record which the trading happen at branches and by end of day Kondor+ application will received the files via Branch FX system to be processed for back-end Treasury user to perform accounting, balancing which later to be sent to downstream.

Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with different stake holder from front-end and back-end treasury user to come out with plan and better solution.
  • Enhancing both SQL and Unix scripting to meet user requirement and achieve the objective of initiative.
  • Roll-out the automate process for SIT, user testing (UAT) and verification before production implementation.
  • Working closely with automation team to place the process in ASG-Zena platform for better monitoring.

GTRMS Project Deliverable (2016-2017) (With Maybank)

The project also known as Global Trade Market Solution.Objective of this project is to comply with new business operation and process for end-user from Global Trading, which include data refresh, to generate an automation trade report and other related changes as per user requirement throughout the project timeline.

Responsibility:

  • Preparing and maintaining all documents related such as Functional and Technical Requirement, test plan and test script.
  • Enhancing more than 15 SQL procedure for user reporting include auto-rate saving, to generate and schedule ROMS also known as Ringgit Operation Monitoring System (ROMS) for Bank Negara reporting which later to be automated via UNIX scripting and scheduled using Cronjob scheduler.
  • Collaborate with end-user to come out with business solution and support user through out the testing process.
  • Create a SQL program to extracting trade data which include Forex, Money Market and Bonds product and converting it into standard format before migrating the data to a new server for better system perform.
  • Support the post-production migration and maintaining the system to avoid any issue which can cause disruption to the business.
