- Company major: Precast company, produce component panel IBS such as beam, column, screen wall, staircase, parapet, façade, housing shelter (PHS) etc
- Responsible on-site management due to production planning, quality control for every panel that had been produced, materials and transportation of the panels
- Interact with site, interpret their problems, needs, requirements and represent them in the field
- Ensuring that project's compliance with the applicable standard, practices, policies, and specification
- To manage Production in managing a team of supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components
- Responsible in modified panel if any layout change or overcast
- Prepare ordering material for production
- Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination in the production process.
- Practiced lean principles, which led to improvements in workflow and quality and waste reduction.
- Communicated with other team members to enhance process and performance.
- Involve project: Singapore project under HDB such as Toa Payoh Bidadari C13, Kallang Whampoa C55, and etc.
