Senior Team Leader
Leadership and Guidance:
-Provide direction and support to team members to ensure high performance.
-Act as a point of contact for team members with questions or concerns.
-Encourage and motivate the team to achieve their goals.
Performance Management:
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
-Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular performance reviews.
-Address performance issues promptly and fairly.
Task Management:
-Assign tasks and ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete them.
-Monitor the progress of tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
-Balance workloads among team members to prevent burnout.
-WFM task which arranging schedule for monthly basis and also plotted AL request.
-RTA analysis real time for call queue and arrange break and lunch accordingly.
-Weekly audit 8 from each agents which is reporting under me is 14 agents by Team Leader.
Training and Development:
-Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for team members.
-Support team members in their professional development and career growth.
-Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Communication:
-Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
-Ensure that important information is shared with the team promptly.
-Act as a liaison between the team and upper management.
Problem-Solving:
-Address and resolve conflicts within the team.
-Identify and solve problems that may arise in the workflow or processes.
-Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
