Daily operation task

• Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
• Arrange for delivery & collection on best profit relativeness.
• Ensure complete documents attached with complete information before despatching to drivers.
• Close feedback with driver delivery/offloading or collection status with constant update to customer service team
• Create Invoice and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
• Diligently solve any issues with invoicing and create Credit Note (CN) / Debit Note (DN) where necessary.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor incoming inventory and manage stock replenishment processes.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance metrics.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.
• Record attendance drivers.

Weekly

• Check through invoices received from forwarder before submit to accounts for payment.
• Preparing vehicle/truck maintenance report.
• Costing report (fuel / tng / allowance driver)

• Maintains database by entering new order and updated information
• Update all attendance and Overtime records (Drivers & Attendants)
• Compile Delivery Order and Invoices and pass to relevant department
• Update immediate Proof of Delivery for E-Commerce platform
• Document filing

• Monitoring stock level in the store
• Receiving, issuing and handling stocks from supplier
• Responsible in processing receipts, taking records and documenting the details of all orders
• Ensure updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Assisting customers with queries
