As a Sales Coordinator in a prestigious 5-star hotel, my primary role is to support the sales team in driving revenue growth by managing client inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers. I assist in promoting the hotel’s services, including accommodation, event spaces, and dining options, to both corporate and leisure clients, ensuring a personalized experience that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating inquiries from potential clients, including corporate bookings, weddings, events, and group reservations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients, ensuring accurate details and timely responses to requests.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all client information and communication is accurately logged.
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support promotional activities, seasonal offers, and special events to attract new business.
