PMV. Infra Package 06, 07 & 10.

• To assist the Project Manager/Project Director in detailed logistic planning.
• This will include planning routes from work sites to off-load sites for the effective removal of excavated material.
• To liase with clients - PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd & PNB, local authorities – DBKL,JKR, JKKP Wilayah Persekutuan, Utilities service provider- TM,Telcos, SYABAS etc, PIGB, building management etc on logistics matters and other relevants as required.
• Ensuring the effective transit of all materials and equipments around the project area etc.
• To plan and execute the movement permissions, road conditions and the impact of traffic on the delivery of the logistic plan.
• To plan and provide on the ground co-ordination between the project and the subcontractor.
• To ensure that the sub-contractor complies with company procedures and that any lapses by the sub-contractor are caught and addressed, as early as possible.
• Responsible in keeping the sub-contractor informed of any changes to the programme schedule, which may result in changes to the numbers of sub-contracted assets employed on a particular task.

Main Tasks : Manage Microwave TX Transport E2E for ZTE-UMobile Multiband Projects/ LL Migrations/ PTN&M6K Migrations.

• To manage, plan and organize on technical plan for UMobile Nationwide microwave transmission project rollout, link upgrade, re-engineering, LL migration, new site, DCN IP plan and operation issue (E2E microwave NEC Pasolink NEO HP/A, iPASO 200 & VR Series) as per Purchase Orders or Work Orders accordingly to the given time frame and targets.
• To manage, plan and organize teams of ZTE & Subcontractors Field Engineers to perform Installations, Testing and Commissioning task accordingly to the given time frame and targets.
• To support, investigate and provide technical solutions for issues related to roll-out implementations, commercial matters, site design etc.
• To manage and organize new materials and equipment deployment as per Site Technical Report, including manage decommissioned materials and equipment to designated warehouse.
• To manage and analyze BOQ/Variations Order items as per Purchase Order /Work Order and As-Built conditions.
• Responsible to manage and organize all additional planned activities, such Lease Line Migration, Site Capacity Upgrading etc, as required by Customer accordingly to Work Orders.

• To manage, plan and organize teams for Technical Site Survey including documentations as per Work Order accordingly to the given time frame and targets.
• To manage and organize teams of Back Office Engineers to Provide Level 2 technical support and any arising technical issue, including to monitor network performance to reduce outage.
• To manage all real-time faults at site and responsible for troubleshooting activities.
• To indentity issues related to roll out implementation and provide improvement solutions accordingly.
• Improve Call Log / docket closure within KPI and maintain mobile network availability.

Project : THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF 263 UNITS PUBLIC APARTMENTS (PPA1M) AT ZONE 12D, PRECINT 11, PUTRAJAYA MALAYSIA.

• To heading and coordinating team of Site Auditors .
• To ensure proper work method adhered according to the specification given and keeping within specified time frame set.
• To conduct daily audit during implementation progress and instill awareness towards workmanship quality.
• To coordinate and participate in Pre-Acceptance and Final Acceptance Test. Planning and zoning for audit activity including documentation.
• To prepare and record daily, weekly and monthly report.
• To prepare, update and conduct documentations and presentation to the clients, consultants, management etc during various progress meeting.
• To conduct quality awareness induction to sub-contractors.

• To manage and supervise teams of sub contractor to succeed planned BTS swap activity which involved installations of RBS, BBU’s, RRU’s, Antennas, Feeder/Optic/Power cables and other CME related works by vendors –ZTE-Network & RBS,NEC-Mw/SM-Mw.
• To assist in Test and Commissioning of RBS or Transmission Equipment including troublehooting.
• To liase with Swap Room engineer during swap activity, troubleshooting or testing/commissioning.
• To perform Site Acceptance Test for over all installation works such as RBS, Microwave system, Rectifier power system etc including aerial installation works of antenna system, fiber/feeder cables system, security/caging system etc
• To monitor and conduct QA/QC inspections during and after installation.

• Responsible for generating CME and RF Technical Site Survey Reports(TSSR).
• Responsible for completing BTS swap from Nokia Equipment to Huawei BTS 3900L for Optus Metro 900 OverBuild Swap project and Vodafone-Huawei Swap project in Melbourne, State of Victoria, Australia.
• Responsible for all hands-on installations of equipments e.g. BTS, Combiners, Feeders Tails, Connectors etc.
• Responsible to TX rehoming/migrations
• Testing and Commissioning/Troubleshooting of BTS and TX equipment
• Responsible for all document preparation e.g. Site Documents, Inventory List, Quality Audit Sheets, Network Performance test, As-Built Drawings etc.
• To conduct Site Audit after installation with before and after photo. To prepare and submit Audit report to clients.
• Liasing with Vendors, Clients and local authorities.
• Periodically seconded to Huawei Australia as Site Controller if required by Huawei in respectb to contract and customers requirements.
• Responsible for the site work quality as required by client including to complete the task within the given time frame and cost.

Task and Key Duties

• Identify the major and critical sites that need to be prioritized on all new and refurbishment sites.
• Responsible for the compilation of data for all UMOBILE sites.
• To review and recommend CME Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) by vendors for approval.
• Responsible for the CME BOQ- Pricing and quantity of sites to be done by Umobile with a complete scope from civil, mechanical, electrical (CME)and telecom installations works.
• Coordinate all activities and schedules of acceptance for all on - going sites for refurbishment project.
• Implementation/monitoring of the on-going refurbishment activities including share sites with other telco operators.
• Responsible for the approval of the project quotation of all sites under refurbishment and shared sites project.
• Responsible for the BOQ of the refurbishment of the Special o Swap Project.
• Responsible on auditing and providing complete report on all problematic Tower UMOBILE GSM sites and report it directly to the Project Manager.
• Providing and advise UMOBILE a better and safer GSM sites by focusing on all issues with regards on the major problems of the Tower(CME) and TI installation.
• Ensured that all sub-contractors are following the specs and correct rectification on those all problematic tower from their submitted solution from the tower designer up to their implementation.
• Ensured that all target date for the KPI is met by organizing a weekly one by one meeting with all the vendors that is involved on the project – Refurbishment and Share Sites

• Implement, Monitor and review relevant KPIs to manage and improve project performance in respect to contracts and customers requirements.

• Highlight all red flags and delays of each sub-contractors to the CME Manager and assuring that the red flags were been done according to the target plan and as per the client specifications.

• To perform CME Technical Site Survey(TSS) and generate Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) to partners for approval.

• To coordinate and monitor implementations of CME and TI works by sub-contractors for Digi/Maxis 2G-3G New Swap Site at Greenfield Site, Sharing Site, In-Building Site, Rooftop Site and Portable Site for Huawei/Ericsson Equipment installations (RRU3804/BBU3900, RBS3306, RBS6000, Eltek TRM and APM cabinet) and MiniLink TN installations/intergration in respect to contract and customers requirements or SLA agreements.

• Responsible for auditing and providing complete report on all problematic Tower of Zain GSM sites and report it directly to the QA Manager and Project director of Zain.
• Providing Celtel/ Zain Ghana a better and more safe GSM sites by raising all the issues with regards on the major problems of the Tower and TI installation.
• Ensured that all sub-contractors are following the specs and correct rectification on those all problematic tower from their submitted solution from the tower designer up to their implementation.
• Perform regional acceptance for CME & Ericsson equipment installation and testing.
• Responsible for issuing PAT certificate after the vendor comply with the correct requirement and the Zain standard was been followed on site.
• Manage of subcontractors and outsourcings related to civil works, electrical installation, GSM(BSS) and TX Network equipment installation of Ericsson according to roll out plan.
• To conduct CME Technical Site Survey (TSS) with vendors and review Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) accordingly to approval.
• Ensured that Zain CME, Ericsson BSS and TX Specification were been adopt and been followed by the contractors by communicating and visiting sites.

Project : 2G-3G Swap Project for Maxis

Task and Key Duties

• To coordinate and monitor Civil,Mechanical and Electrical (CME) works by sub-contractors for Maxis 3G New Site at Tower Site, Sharing Site, In-Building Site, Rooftop Site and Portable Site
• With respect to contract and customers requirements.
• To coordinate and monitor daily site progress, site acquisition, site access, material mobilisation and other related matter.
• To prepare, update and extract Daily Progress Tracker through Site Handler/Material Handler.
• To monitor & review CME Technical Site Survey Reports(TSSR),Technical Proposals (TP), Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings etc. by ASP prior to clients approval.
• To monitor and check Technical Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-built drawings etc.
• To resource materials/labour pricing, preparation of Bill of Quantity and Scope of Work/Specification accordingly to Ericsson and Maxis requirement.
• To conduct and attend site acceptance/ final inspection, site audit and to prepare QA/QC reports.

• To supervise and monitor construction of tower foundations and tower erection – 3 or 4 legged, minimast etc on greenfield/vacant land. To ensure proper methodology and quality requirement adhered strictly.
• To coordinate/monitor teams of supervisors and sub-contractors and ensure all works / material as per specification, method statement/ approved material.
• To conduct and perform Installation Engineering for RBS and Access Equipment including documentation.

• PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION, COMPLETION AND MAINTENANCE OF D’CASSIA DEVELOPMENT (PHASE 1) CONSISTING OF 2 BLOCKS OF 10 STOREY (BLOCK A &B) AND 1 BLOCK 8 STOREY (BLOCK C) APARTMNETS WITH FACALITIES ON PART OF LOT 12182 IN CYBERJAYA FLAGSHIP ZONE.

Task & Key Duties.

• To supervise and monitor all Architectural finishing and installation works at Southern Boulevard Precinct 4 such as tiling works, toilets, water features, features wall landscaping and other related works.
• To monitor sub-contractors and ensure proper work methods adhered according to the specification given and keeping within specified time frame.
• To conduct site meeting and inspection with consultants or clients.
• To attend and resolve Non Compliance Report (NCR).
• To liaise with other sub-coordinates such as C&S/M&E Supervisor to resolve interfacing problems arises at site or during coordinating period.
• To assist Project Architect in preparing and reviewing documents such as Construction Drawings, Method Statements, As-built drawings, Shop Drawings, Technical Data Submission, Sample Board Submission and etc.
