  • Design KIC cable bracket to prevent drop on the PCB, with this scrap cost on PCB drop 0% and improve on product quality.
  • Establish in house the " Repair activity on placement head"which is gain to company in term of $ value.
  • Enhance N2 triggering system at reflow oven to prevent and abnormality to avoid on the product quality.
  • Cost saving USD 90K by implement internal repair and calibration" Cost Avoidance" and its endorse by lean department.
  • Introducing new concept of sitting place: SIT on the production for all the Engineer's to react fast on any issue and communication with other team members. This is one of the best Idea and management encourage all department to sit together as round table discussion.
  • Implement" Go No Go Jig" for wave finger to verify and this will easy for maintenance team or line tech to react fast. This is one of the best idea and it was recognize by global Quality director.

  • Responsible of setting up SMT machines for Cisco new products introduced to Flextronics and sustaining. The responsibilities include:
  • Understanding and studying of product's characteristics to assure product build to customer's specifications and with minimum problem
  • Interface and co-ordinate with business units, development centers and various departments to ensure the accuracy of data and on time updating of these information
