• Handle wave area improve on the solder bar consumption by implementation AOP( Anti oxidation powder) to segregate solder & sludge.
• Implement ducting modification to clean dross without down the pot, with this improving the wave downtime after dross cleaning to zero.
• Guide Engineer to perform in-house CPK for all the machines and qualify them as equal to machine vendor. Collaboration with machine supplier to make this success.

• Achieved a 10% increase in production efficiency through the implement of advance process controls by optimizing the program and adding the tools.
• Directed the successful integration of ducting modification technologies into existing manufacturing processes , resulting of 0 % downtime reduction in dross cleaning.
• Introducing the side cover rubber which eliminate the friction of the flat cable during movement X/Y gantry. With this implementation the overall machine downtime improve by 2% and the shelf life of flat cable increase's.
• Introducing Z zero sensor bracket to prevent damage during removing the placement head and module in/out. With this, the lifespan of sensor increase . Cost saving on the purchase of sensor and machine downtime improve by 2%.
• Design KIC cable bracket to prevent drop on the PCB, with this scrap cost on PCB drop 0% and improve on product quality.
• Establish in house the " Repair activity on placement head"which is gain to company in term of $ value.
• Enhance N2 triggering system at reflow oven to prevent and abnormality to avoid on the product quality.
• Cost saving USD 90K by implement internal repair and calibration" Cost Avoidance" and its endorse by lean department.
• Introducing new concept of sitting place: SIT on the production for all the Engineer's to react fast on any issue and communication with other team members. This is one of the best Idea and management encourage all department to sit together as round table discussion.
• Implement" Go No Go Jig" for wave finger to verify and this will easy for maintenance team or line tech to react fast. This is one of the best idea and it was recognize by global Quality director.

• To make SGR meet based on the loading plan and meet on customer demand.
• Focus on the trend and responsible to improve the machine utilization and increase the machine placement/hour.
• Directly involve in new model startup, ECO, NPI, FA and trial run Evaluation
• Directly involve in new SMT line setup
• Machine movement and line relay out
• Study the SMT line balancing to reduce the cycle time and increase productivity
• Work with other team members regarding Process flow and operating procedure
• Investigate the root cause and implementing corrective action when happened to have quality issue
• Monitoring the trend and responsible to improve the Machine Utilization and increase the Machine Placement / hour
• Maintain product quality, improve yield, help to solve any process machine related issue and etc
• Accompany Auditors / Customer during audit to give explanation of manufacturing production method handling customer / internal complaint responsible in maintaining company quality system
• Review and analyze yield control data to identify yield improvement
• Monitor yield during NPI and FA run to qualify the product
• Study line balancing to reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• Support activities or programs related to the overall goals of the Engineering department
