Objective/Purpose of Job
~ Seafreight shipments monitoring & coordination
~ Customer service to the clients, liaison with specific VVIP customers to meet their demands. (H&M Retail Sdn Bhd & Hotel logistics - Four Season Hotel, One Hotel).
~ Liaise with all parties including customers, liners, counter parts to resolve shipments related queries

~ Reporting to seafreight HOD of central region
Key Activities / Accountabilities
~ Managing shipment planning to execution for Seafreight operational process of specific key account customer import/export
~ Responsible for full cycle of distribution process from arrival of shipment, clearance of custom till planning of delivery to the customer end point
~ Reporting for specific accounts assigned
~ Filing and issuing of quotation/pricing
~ Handling full set of Import / Export Booking / Documentations
~ To monitor and follow up on meeting the require delivery schedule
~ Ensure accurate & timely billing
~ Ensure job files were closed
~ Procurement - Rate negotiations with liners and other suppliers
~ Establish and maintain a good working relationship with supplier / shipper
~ Help to deal with suppliers and customer queries, including questions regarding accounts
~ Generate customer service related reports as and when requested by the management
~ Contribute to other development of the department/ inter-department as and when required
~ Attend to customers operational queries and site survey when needed
~ Preparation of weekly report and monthly report to department and customer
