• Responsibility for safe operation of the construction site, in accordance with the requirements of the project safety plan.
• Correcting the sub-contractor workers, supervisor, or any members of staff for the wrong work procedure and process of any activity which is not conducted safely.
• Conducted safety induction, weekly toolbox meeting, and safety training to educate the employees to implement in working environment and increase awareness of safety hazards and empower employees to work safely.
• Carry out regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe act, unsafe condition, and action will be taken at the weekly toolbox meeting and SHC meeting.
• Liaised with client safety departments and any of government agency bodies.
• Record, document, and prepare safety report of site to the management and clients.

A skillful and hardworking person that can manage to work as a team by completing all the task given by the Manager to inspecting heavy machinery (more than 100 vehicles/day) as daily job routine for harvesting almonds. To fixing, inspecting, and to ensure all the process are conducted correctly to ensure all the machineries are safe and fit to use which comply with all pertaining to work condition. To ensure all workers are competent and go through Safety Induction Program before start working as requested by the management to make sure zero accident at site area.

Responsibilities :

• Inspected and tested all heavy machinery and tractors - completed preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and filter replacement.
• Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues to discover functionality of almond tractors such as X-planes, Conditioners, Pick-up, Bank-out, Sweepers, Shakers, Spraying machines.
• Investigated workers complaints to identify cause of malfunctions.
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users.
• Read and followed technical documentation to complete accurate repairs.
• Coordinated with parts department to determine availability of necessary components.
• Keep logs of work and report on issues to Chief Mechanic and Manager.

Responsible for insuring that almond nuts products meet company requirements and are manufactured according to specifications. To guarantee high quality output through random checks on almonds to ensure everything meets high standards before leaving the manufacturing line. Need to make quick decisions and learn the quality guidelines for each product within the production line.

Responsibilities :

• Communicated with production team members about quality issues.
• Inspected quality of products, taking note of functionality, appearance and other specifications.
• Checked color, shape, texture and grade of products and materials against established templates, charts, and samples.
• Evaluated components and final products against quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Required to meet output standards, schedules, and deadlines designated by production standards and the Department Manager
• Performs final test for foreign material, rejects, concealed damage and insects, logging type and amount found.

Fabrication factory which include welding works, custom-made products, steel products and repairing equipments. Work with teams or independently on the job at hand which include design, details, and advice on custom-made products.

Responsibilities :

• Knowledgeable of inspection of parts or completed products by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other inspection equipment.
• Prepared welding equipment to perform advanced welding work.
• Inspected pieces for defects, measured, and checked with straightedges or templates for compliance with specifications.
• Developed welding processes to improve coherence, accuracy and precision of welds.
• Collaborated with engineers and designers to create new parts and assemblies.
• Detected faulty operation of equipment and defective materials and promptly resolved issues.
• Maintained safety by wearing protective equipment, staying alert and following procedures.
