Parts Ordering - Creates Purchase Order based on Insurance Approval given by Claim Advisor

• Parts Receiving - To Check Received parts and perform Quality Check in order to ensure parts received in Good Condition
• Storage - To Store received part in proper place and sort based on categorized location & vehicle number
• Claim - To make claim if received parts got damage during transport or handling and etc.
• Report - Able to prepare document request by account department.
• Advise additional parts for replacement to Claim Advisor.

• Provide Customer Service and Repair Quotation.
• Advise Customer to use recommended parts and additives.
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business .
• Manage to archive 90% Customer Satisfaction Index

• *Provide actual parts base on Service order to Technician.
• *Able to maintain Inventory Stock base on workshop needed.
• *To help Service Advisor prepare quotation for customer.
• *Able to prepare Monthly Closing Report.
• *Give customer correct parts pricing.
• *Able to do multitasking.
• *Forecasting parts based on daily usage.
• *Prepare Document and Details For Supplier Payment.
• *Able to manage more than 30 customer
