Human Resources Executive with 10 years of progressive HR experience and advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation, recruitment and employee relations. .Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
.To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
.To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
.To perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
.To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
.Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
.Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
.Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
.Complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement
.Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
•Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
•Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interview, and conducting background checks.
•Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
•Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
.Preparing and presenting HR related reports to management.
•Managing employee separation processes.
•Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
.Assist the HR department in the hiring procces, assist in employee compensation, full handle foreign worker documents, calculate OT staff, draft letter, briefing, offer of letter, contract employment staff, claim staff(medical fee & panel insurance).company insurance (building, assets), mileage claim and also regulatory.
.Manage and control all related matters or documentation for foreign workers and expatriated including passport transactions, permit expiry, contracts of service and manpower movements.
.Assist in fulfilling requests for foreign workers on timely basis by providing good quality foreign workers to the operation/ divisions.
.Assist in onboarding procedures, including arrangement in picking up foreign workers from airport upon arrival, medical checkup and etc.
.Assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and check-out memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment.
.Assist in handling foreign worker's basic needs such as accommodation.
.Maintain database of all direct foreign workers and expatriates.
