- Handle the project supervision and documentation, working closely to the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters including supervise day-to-day site works (if required)
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions
- Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied and adding details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software
- Assist and coordinate with designers and engineer and review drawings and diagrams for electrical devices and installations
