Inspection Service for Condition Based Monitoring by using:

• Infrared Thermography Survey (IR): Completed the Infrared Level 1 Certification Programme through the Infraspection Institute in United States and become a Certified Level 1 Thermography. Conduct Infrared Thermography Survey to identify any anomalies behavior activity in the asset system and prevent from equipment breakdown. Execute Infrared Thermography Survey Utilizing FLIR Infrared Thermal Imagers for Mechanical and Electrical Installation for the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Electronic Industries and analyze as well as prepare Technical Reports.
• Partial Discharge Testing (PD): Completed the Partial Discharge Level I Certification Program through the EA Technology and became a Certified Level I Partial Discharge. Use Ultra TEV Plus2 for Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) and Ultrasonic Testing to perform Partial Discharge (PD) tests on Transformers and Substations. Monitor the condition of Switchgear for a weeks by using method of Partial Discharge Monitoring. To conduct a Partial Discharge Testing for high-voltage installations using the Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) method and the Ultrasound method, using EA Technology’s range of Instruments and analyze as well as prepare Technical Reports.

• Company Overview: for Highway Project Damansara Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH)
• Monitor the functionality and installation progress for Toll Collection System (TCS), M&E Building and Variable Message Sign (VMS), Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) and Street Lighting DASH Highway.
• Attend Meeting and do minute of meeting for Project Monitoring Committee, identify outstanding and progress for DASH Highway with Contractor, Sub. Contractor & Consultants.
• Key in data Air Conditioning Horsepower for all building in DASH Highway.
• Do, re-do and repair a formal letter about site walk, hand over material, permission to start construction and slide presentations company.
• Monitor progress at each Toll Plaza, M&E Building, Interfacing area, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM), DASH Ramp, and M&E equipment along side DASH Highway by studying how to handle and dealing with the contractor, manage meeting, interpret data, analyzing situations, evaluating potential solutions to reach a logical and well informed a solution.
• For Highway Project Damansara Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH)

• Monitor the functionality of machine and ensure the production each day achieve the target.
• Make sure the operator follows the Standard Operation Procedure at the production lane.
• Separate the defect product and report to the lane team leader then give to the QA department.
• Maintain the quality of the product manufacturing.
• Do a service and maintenance at Production Lane for Caulking Machine.

• Monitor the functionality of machine and ensure the production each day achieve the target.

• Do, Re-do and repair equipment in Production Lane such as Caulking Rack Shelve, Box Shelve, Emboss, Operator Table, Maintenance Trolley, Fault Box, Sensor Polarity at Chipping Part, Air Mat's, Vacuum Block, Machine Production, Dust Collector, Cleaning Floor and Assembly fitting check maintenance.
