• Dealing with JGM (Jabatan Mineral & Geosains) & PDRM for every single rock blasting work, controlling flying rock, tracking the explotion, noise & vibration limit by using the vibrometer device.
• Tracking contractor progress & reporting to Project Manager for every stage of work.

• Supervise contractor carry out defect rectification work.
• Arrange time with owner & contractor to make sure defect rectification work within 30 days period.

84 UNIT SINGLE STOREY SEMI-D CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

• Chase contractor to expedite & finish their work on time.
• Arrange material order & delivery by using website In4suite.
• Monitoring quality control during consruction & following the Qlassic standard.
• Carry out inspection for C&S, M&E & architectural finishing.

MICRO PILING WORK FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING (VARIOUS PROJECT)

• Monitor pile boring, setting out level, rebar installation & concrete casting for pile work.
• Carry out Static Pile Load Test, Dynamic Load Test (PDA) & Pile Integrity Test.
• Preparing documentation work such as inspection form, site diary, bore log book & ect
• Updating fortnightly progress report to Project Manager using Microsoft Excel.
• Attend site measurement witness with quantity surveyor for monthly claim.

SETIA CITY CONVENTION CENTER FAST TRACK CONTRUCTION PROJECT SETIA ALAM

• Supervise C&S, architecure & infrastructure work for the project Setia City Convention Center fast track construction project.
• Coordinate & planning daily machineries use for every direct-subcon & nominated-subcon.
• To makesure all trade of subcon done their work on-time following a schedule as every week planning.
• Monitoring C&S subcon do their work in accordance to the specification of architecture & structure drawing given by consultant.
• Inspect with clerk of work site setting-out, formwork & rebar installation, before proceed to concrete casting work.

• Supervise double storey terrace house project located at Setia Alam.
• Monitoring C&S work such as setting-out building, installation of formwork, rebar, shearwall, & concrete casting work.
• Controlling quality of work including of structure & architeclure work on site.
• Chase every trade of subcon to make sure their work done on-time as per discussed during subcon meeting.
• Liase with Safety & health officer (SHO) & Site Safety Supervisor (Triple S) to ensure all workers on site are following the Occupational Safety & Health regulation to prevent any risk incident happen on site..
• Site measurement witness with quantity surveyor for monthly claim.
