Im currently a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in order management, process improvement, cost of dissatisfaction (COD management, partner management and onboarding for AUNZ Retail. Throughout the year I've manage to reduce the COD by 50% (1.4M to 700kUSD YoY) and manage to reduce more then 700hrs/yr of manual work through automations.
