Furthermore, successfully configured new desktop systems to replace outdated ones for Lembaga Kemajuan Pertanian Muda (MADA), ensuring modernized technology infrastructure and improved efficiency. Additionally, field observations at Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) enabled effective monitoring of server activity, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Moreover, proficiency was demonstrated in configuring and restoring multiple Apple Mac computers for clients, facilitating seamless operations and enhancing user experience.
