• Responsible for ensuring the company's environmental issues comply with Environment Quality Act 1974.

• Internal Auditor & Assist in environmental audits and implementations of Environment Management System ISO 14001:2015

• Support in collecting, compiling and coordinating Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) data for sustainability report.

• Managing Environment Quality (Scheduled Waste) Regulations 2005.

• Check steps and BMPs structure sediment and erosion control. Supervise sediment and erosion control works at the site according to Land Disturbing, Pollution Prevention and Mitigation Measures (LDP2M2).

• Conduct Environmental Training for staff and general workers on wildlife encounters, oil spillage and Scheduled Wastes handling.

• Provide progress status on the Environment Management report.

• Liaise with relevant authorities (DOE,DOSH, JPS, BOMBA, MINISTRY OF HEALTH) for Environmental audit & Public complain.

Waste Water Treatment

• Manage and comply to Department of Environment requirement (Environmental Quality Industrial Effluent Regulations 2009.)
• Submit Monthly Discharge Monitoring Report to DOE (OER)
• Ensure and monitoring all the parameters are below Department of Environments requirement
• Comply to DOE requirements point of discharge industrial effluent or mixed effluent as specified in the eleventh schedule
• Preventive action from spill, accidental discharges or leakage of industrial effluent or mixed effluent
• Maintanance of record that required by DOE
• Verified the 31 parameters for waste water for monthly effluent checking

Air Prevention Facilities

• Competent for Environmental Professional Bag Filter Operation (CEPBFO)
• Manage and comply to Department of Environment requirement (Environmental Quality Clean air regulation 2014 )
• Conduct Isokinetic sampling for every single air prevention facilities inside premises and closely monitoring result of the sampling
• Ensure and monitoring all parameters comply to Environmental quality act 1974
• Monitoring operation of the air prevention facilities (AC tower ,Regenerative Thermal Oxidization, Solvent Recovery Unit & Boiler emission
• Maintain record that required from DOE
• Obtain notification/Written approval from DOE for every single unit of air emission control facilities
