• Collaborate with project managers to understand project or rectification scope, timelines, and specific requirements.
• Develop a site-specific plan, including resource allocation, schedules, and coordination with subcontractors.
2. Site Preparation:
• Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and plan for equipment placement.
• Ensure that the site is prepared and meets safety and environmental standards.
3. Site Oversight:
• Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
• Ensure that work is conducted according to system drawings, project specifications, also for future maintenance and system lifespan.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of the solar energy system.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and address any installation issues.

• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture at the worksite.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all personnel adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
6. Team Management:
• Lead and coordinate the activities with team, including subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure that team members perform tasks effectively and safely.
7. Material Management:
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment at the site.
• Keep track of inventory and order additional materials as needed.
8. Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, teammates, clients, and subcontractors.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions in a timely manner.
9. Documentation:
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including installation progress, inspections, and any issues encountered.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for site documentation and closeout.
10. Troubleshooting:
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during installation/rectification (PFR Setting & cable leakage, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to find and implement solutions

11. Support Work:

• Upgrade 3-phase work including balance 3-phase cables

• Install load study device

• Provide preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical system
• Maintenance on main switch board sewage pump and blower at all Northern Plus Highway
• Perform duties on breakdown on any time the issue occur
• Maintained records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used.
• Guided employees and contractors in task completion, offering assistance to meet tight deadlines.
