• Plan and arrange weekly sampling schedule and routes for all planned sampling works which include collection of Regulatory (R) samples, Operational (O) samples and/or any other additional sampling request.
• Ensure equipment, tools and apparatus are properly available in good working condition and chemicals are sufficient for sampling works.
• Ensure sampling vehicles are in road worthy condition for sampling works.
• Confirm sufficient manpower is available at any time to ensure planned sampling works is not disrupted.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to sampling team.
• Prepare feedback report to superior on any failed sampling.
• Generate monthly LMS-VMS zone data matching report.
• Ensure all sampling activities follow SOP and safetyprocedures.
• Manage work order for sampling activity and update timesheet records for sampler.
• Schedule and manage approved over time (OT) for team.
• To maintain/support the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and other ISO Systems that accredited to the company in ensuring complying / conforming to the requirements.
• To carry out other work related to the job purpose as directed.

Major challenges and complexities.

• Balancing multiple sampling routes and schedules while minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Ensuring that equipment, chemicals, and vehicles are always ready is operational, with no shortages or breakdowns.
• Adjusting schedules and resources in response to weather changes, equipment failures, or emergencies.
• Coordinating cross-section roles through collaboration with other teams.

• To supervise and implement the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment works, communal sludge treatment facility and network pump station to ensure optimum performance standards
• To control all samples on treatment plants base on schedules to follow and meet 'DOE' and 'SPAN' regulations and standards
• Ensure effective O&M of STP, CSTF and NPS according to OPI to meet 'SPAN' and 'DOE' standards and optimize performance
• To monitor compliance performance and to provide analysis
• Ensure all employees are required with skills and experience conducting training to meet company strategy
• Ensure contractors perform according to obligation in the agreement to reduce down time to meet company’s commitment to customers
• Plan, implement and monitor H&S aspect are fully comply in all daily work activities in order to minimize accident (Zero Accident)
• Completeness reporting of work in SAP system as KPI.
• Maintain a well-motivated staff and good team work by customers briefing to achieve desired company requirement
• Plan and manage of all equipment, vehicles and PPE and ensure the schedule maintenance has been carry out in order to minimized breakdowns and safe working conditions
• Ensure all STP are register with 'DOSH' with proper submission of document in order to get approval from 'DOSH'
• Carry out inspection of new STP and NPS to be taken over according to 'SPAN' and 'IWK' standard in order to meet company’s strategy
• Authorized Gas Tester and Entry Supervisor for confine space from 'NIOSH' valid until 26/06/2018
• Authorized Entrance and Standby Person (AESP) for confine space from 'NIOSH' valid until 13/06/2018
• Safety Committee Member since 2010 till now
• Focal for Gas Detector Calibration / Service and Purchasing new unit
• Focal for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Prepare and purchasing new stock. Arrangement for staff

• Die Bonder and Production Trainer
• Repairing and troubleshoot major and minor problem
• Follow up problematic lot in (DDM) until release to normal production include 100% VI
• Perform 100% quality to produce 100% yield and minimize cost with low cycle time for every lots
• Active in (SMT) - Self managing Team and (TPM) – Total Productive Maintenance
• Line planning for Die Bond machine at assembly area
• To train new Die Bonder and prepare syllabus training for technicians and operator
