· Work closely with Distribution Centre (DC) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

· Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, and staff performance management & development

· Provide support to employees such as employment terms, terminations, compensation and assist with resolving any issues that may arise

· Maintain employee files and records along with supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives

· Ensure compliance with labor regulations

· Monitor employment costs and expenses according to budget

Make schedule for the staffs, perform inventory count for store’s supplies and analyze sales on daily, weekly and monthly basis in order to meet the sales target.

· Carry out sales activities to increase sales revenue of financial planning products

· Perform sales and marketing, focusing on life insurance plans and wealth management products such as unit trust, structured deposit and other supplementary products such as credit card, loan and deposit.

· Refer customers to Consumer Sales Executive (CSE), in the event of loan inquiries for both mortgage and ASB loan.

Responsible for marketing and promoting a wide range of banking products and services including Unit Trust, Insurance, Deposits and Housing Loans to our existing and potential customers

Collect multiple streams of data from internet, surveys, legal documents, and other published research to help the Researcher to find information.

· Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Units per Man Hour, Safety, Housekeeping and Scrap.

· Monitoring and documentation of pull force, speed, temperature consistency, and resin level.
