As a technical assistant, my primary responsibility was to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and inspection of the Hotel Room Controller Systems (HRC). This encompassed a diverse range of tasks including configuring lighting logic control, diagnosing issues with lighting controllers, managing HVAC control systems within the HRC framework, updating BIOS and firmware, configuring lighting and room scenes, addressing challenges with HVAC control panels and room sensors, troubleshooting ELV termination, preparing and marking distribution boards (DB), and conducting room inspections.

During my internship, I have actively engaged in learning and applying numerous new skills. This experience has afforded me the opportunity to refine my communication abilities, hone critical thinking skills, and master effective time management techniques. Collaborating with seasoned professionals in the field of Information Technology has enriched my understanding and expertise significantly. As an IT Support intern, I've been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing computer networks across diverse organizations, offering comprehensive technical support, and ensuring seamless operations company-wide. Additionally, my role involves meticulously monitoring and maintaining computer systems, proficiently configuring hardware and software, and adeptly resolving any technical challenges that arise.
