• Use wire electrical discharge matching to run production and tooling components (EDM)
• Programme , assemble in order to develop final products
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and thorough machine cleaning
• Exhibiting proficiency in the utilization of various mechanical and visual inspection gauges , instruments and equipment to conduct initial piece and in-process product inspections to guarantee continuous adherence to quality standards concerning dimensions , appearance , form , and function features , while reducing waste and substandard product
• Take part in initiatives pertaining to the creation and introduction of new products into the market and suggests chances for ongoing process improvement for all procedures
• Take part in the 5S activities which ensure a clean and safe working environment to enhance efficiency and create a supportive working environment , build partnerships within and across departments
• Operate process equipment related to wire bonding and general technical support for silicon wafer detector development

• Working at ViTrox Technology (Manufacture Chip inspection Machine)
• Model : vitrox
• Wiring installation for machine
• Assemble ,install,test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, and using hand tools.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring , equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as multimeter to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers ,transformer or other components by referring electrical drawing.
